When do we receive our content?

Depending on the type of coverage, it will take around 1-3 weeks to receive your edited content.

How much content will I receive?

We do not have a set number of content. We charge for the time, talent, and editing time. We take as much content as we can during the designated coverage time and once it is time to edit, we will choose the best content to share with you.

Do you only cover areas around Ottawa?

No, we cover various areas and we offer our services worldwide as well. Travel costs will incur if we need to travel outside of 30km from Ottawa’s CBD.


Do you have a cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Yes, we understand that life is unpredictable and things can change. Here's our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least [e.g., 48 hours] before your scheduled session or event. We'll do our best to accommodate your new date, based on our availability. If you reschedule within [e.g., 24 hours] of the session, the previously taken deposit of $100 will be retained as a fee.

  2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform us at least [e.g., one week] in advance. Cancellations made with this notice will receive a refund of any deposit made, minus a [e.g., $50] administrative fee. For cancellations made with less than [e.g., one week's] notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  3. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (like equipment failure, illness, etc.), we'll notify you as soon as possible and either refund your deposit in full or reschedule your session at a time convenient for you, based on our mutual availability.
